Hello Josh, I wish you to cruise all the mother road ! For me, it was really a awesome travel, it's a good way to know the USA and their residents, crossing the 8 (+Wisconsin) states. Here a wink only for you ... I hope you know where it is !
Hey Josh, Did you make it to the festival on Saturday. We left about noon. I think we're running close to our 5000 photo limit on the site. Keep an eye on those duplicates. Some of those shots could be duplicates. I hope you're doing well? Sorry we couldn't hook up in Litchfield. We had a blast. Saw some friends and made some new. Best wishes.
Thanks for the welcome Josh - I've been a bit distracted lately (found out I'm gonna be a dad!) but will be getting back into the FB page and website over the next few weeks (hope to get the website online by mid June). Cheers, Steve
Yes Josh, The Road Crew plays only on Friday night for the Litchfield festival. Carol has another band for Saturday at the Drive-In. I hope you can find a way to make it?
Thanks! I haven't been too far down the road. But every time I do venture out, I have my camera in tow. So far, I have only been as south as Funks Grove. I'm hoping to get to Springfield in September for the Mother Road Festival.
Hey Josh, Thanks for your kind words on CD#3. All three will be release together along with "Songs From The Mother Road" by 'Playaway' in August. The three audiobooks have just been released by Oasis Audio and sales are going well. Thank you so much for your support and continued encouragement. I appreciate you very much. My best to the Mrs.
Josh,
I am sad to hear about Mernin's Court. There is a website that shows the cabins, signs, and the alignment that was cut off by I-55 and I just assumed it was still there. This is one of the reasons why I moved my trip up to next year. It seems like each month we lose someting along the road. Delete Comment
Thank's for the greeting Josh. I can't wait to explore Springfield next year! I am looking forward to checking out the dead end alignments and Mernin's Court.
I rode in Rodger Fox's Ride for the Relay last September and took most of them then, except for the photos of Oklahoma, which I will upload later. I'm riding again next September and hope to get more photos of the places I missed.
Josh thanks for good luck wish. How about you becoming a part of the ride. There are no limits on how far you ride, one mile, one hour, one day or the whole thing. Check my web site, check and see what you are doing September 5th. Stop in and see me the next time you are in Jacksonville. Times Square Sewing Complex is my place, right be the underpass as you come into town on Morton.
Thanks Josh. Most of my shots are from Oklahoma City west, but I am pulling out Wednesday morning and going to at least Springfield, MO to get some more 66 shots.
