Flickr Route 66 Group is for People who love taking pictures of the Mother Road and anything to do with Route 66. I have been a member of that group for awhile and realized not everyone is aware of the existance of the other group. I want to see both groups grow and flourish which is why I am posting this.
You are welcome to join and post any photos that are about Route 66. It doesn't matter if your photos came from a DSLR, a point and shoot camera, or even a camera phone. This group has an amazing amount of photos from Route 66. If you want to just look at the pictures you can do that as well but I am really trying to encourage both groups to join the other.
Go to Flickr.com, click on groups in Flickr, and type in Route 66.

The Road Crew in Joplin! Aug 2013
The Road Crew - America's Route 66 Band will be the opening act for the International Route 66 Festival this year! We'll be playing on Main Street in Galena, Friday evening at 6pm and on Main Street Joplin Saturday night at 7:30. We will also add a mini-concert to this list at Afton Staion at 1pm Sunday afternoon. Hope to see you guys August 2nd thru the 4th, 2013!
