I love Route 66 and just finished my first trip down the mother road. I met so many wonderful people and missed meeting so many others. I thought the trip was going to be a "Once in a lifetime" visit, but there is no way I can stay away from the Mother Road and the many friends I have! Can't wait till I'm "Going West" once again!

Always great to have another "66 Roadie Friend" on board! Sorry we miissed each other while on your first Mother Road Adventure and hope that we have the opportunity to hook up and do some cruising on the route the next time you're passing thru Oklahoma City. Until then my friend,...

It was a neat surprise seeing you at Litchfield festival Friday evening, but much more of a compliment, when you drove out of your way to come down and see us Saturday morning with your friend. Thank you. Thank you very much, Looking forward to next time seeing you, even if you don't have your vest on.
Thomas,
There is not much left of Mernin's Court besides the weather worn & damaged sign barely seen between the trees & brush growing around it. I am pretty sure the row houses have been demolished, years ago. Plus the home owners have a "no trespassing" sign at the foot of their driveway. I drive by it everyday & really would like a closer look. I also enjoy the lost, forgotten, & dead end alignments most the world doesn't know about.
