Where was this photo taken? It reminds me of a little place in OK that I researched in the late 80's called Louise's.
I still have a souviner coffee cup.
I am an architectural historian and Planner, and founder of Preservation News, which celebrates our local history, and those local historians that are dedicated to telling those stories and maintaining archives for their communities. I was on the original State Historic Preservation Team in Oklahoma that studied historic resources along Route 66, and helped to list many of those properties.
