The city of Pontiac, IL will be one of the liveliest places in the nation on June 25, 26, 27, and 28. A host of kite flying activities is set to begin on Saturday, May 30 & 31, 2009 at 10 AM during the Third Annual Pontiac Kite Festival located at the Pontiac Rec Plex 2104 Old Airport Road.
