- I am an historian for the Missouri Department of Transportation, and I'm currently working on a special Route 66 related project. I'm the "organizer" for a committee that is building a museum-quality display on the history of Route 66 in Missouri for a new welcome center in Conway, Missouri. Since I've been involved in this project, I've become a fan of all things Route 66!
