Words cannot fully describe how much fun I had on this trip ... especially meeting the people along the way ... Becky, Rich, Gary, Melba, Laurel, Jim C, Jim H, Debra, and Paul ... to name just a few…
For 2009, my "major" drive was along Route 66, September 5-19. I also had a Thanksgiving weekend getaway to Tennessee and Alabama, complete with a few Route 66 stops in Illinois. Pictures of both trips are now ready...ENJOY!

That sounds like a day you will never forget, Josh.
I'm so glad I was able to meet him ... unexpectedly ... during my September 2009 trek across Route 66. He stopped to see Laurel at Afton Station while I was there visiting her.
